  Better than the average apartments in New Orleans. Prices are very competitive considering all the amenities. Made great improvements since I moved there in 2006. A little disappointed that they are completely eliminating section 8 from there tenant list. Many are not problem tenants just like many who don't receive the subsidy are not always model tenants. Still, I understand their rational behind the move particularly if they're trying to attract a different demo but hope they'd rethink it and just do a better job screening. Will recommend Mayfair to my working friends to give them a look.
