  I very highly recommend this company. The condenser on our air conditioner died at 5:00 pm, and they had someone out to look at it by 7:00 pm. Cody, the tech, was wonderful. He spent quite a while trying to figure out whether our rather old AC could be fixed, and when it became clear that it needed to be replaced, he was able to come back at 9 am the next morning (today) with a new unit. It's 1:00 pm now, and the new unit is installed and our house is cool again! Long story short, they were honest, efficient, pleasant to work with, and made a stressful and unpleasant situation slightly less bad.

  Natal's communicated well and did the work quickly at a reasonable price. They went above and beyond for us. My family plans on living in New Orleans for decades to come and I will go back to Natal's any time we have A/C or Heating needs. Highly recommended!
