  Liars and Cheaters. I work for a national non-profit mortgage brokerage and counseling company. We have a couple we are serving with realtors from this company. These realtors have asked this couple to sign false statements testifying that they earn significantly less in order to purchase a home in an exclusively low-income development. Parkway also lied, stating they were active partners with my company. They produced phony flyers with my company's letterhead and their own as though we are partners. My regional manager wants their heads on a platter. The entire deal is busted and this couples hopes of a home in the near future are dashed. It is a shame to see minority crooks take advantage of honest minority folks who are trying to do the right thing.
